With 18 years of teaching and technical experience in ICTE/D (Information and Communication Technologies for Education/Development), Roberto Figueroa has been actively involved in blended and online education as well as various ICT and educational research projects.

His interests include Immersive Technologies, including 360-degree media as well as Mixed, Augmented, and Virtual Realities for Education; Climate Model Analysis; Technologies for Language Education; Instructional Design; Learning Management Systems, and Learning Analytics.
